1 dead, 6 suffer from suffocation as residential building in Mumbai is on fire


Mumbai:

Officials said a 34 -year -old woman died, while six others, two of them were suffering from suffocation, as an apartment in an apartment was caught on Saturday in Andheri.

A civil officer said that one of the residents, Abhinana, died due to Sanjanwala, suffocating, and doctors declared him dead at Kokilaben Hospital.

He said that other affected persons, including a 10 -day -old baby and three -year -old children, were rushed to the hospital, where the child is undergoing treatment in the intensive care unit.

The official said two male victims were admitted to Cooper and Trauma Care Hospitals.

The official said the blast was limited to domestic goods, including electrical wires, furniture, documents etc.

Four fire brigade vehicles were involved in the flames, he said that further details are awaited.
