Honor Magic V5 will officially go to China next month. Prior to the launch, Tech brand has posted several teasers online that display handsets design and specifications. It is confirmed to come with a silicon carbon battery. Additionally, an unboxing video of Honor Magic V5 has emerged on the web, which is looking at its design. In the video, the foldable is seen with a 66W adapter bundled in a red shade. The foldable is called Snapdragon 8 Elite Chipset equipped.
Honor Magic V5 Battery Capacity The company was manifested through a Weibo post. It is packed 6,100mAh ‘Qinghai Lake Blade’ battery with 25 percent silicon content. Essentially, the foldable will feature silicone carbon battery. The 6,100mAh battery is a notable upgrade on last year’s Magic V3, with a 5,150mAh battery. Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 7 has been given a 4,400mAh battery facility.
Honor Magic V5 Leaked Unboxing Video
Meanwhile, an informal unboxing video stated that Honor Magic V5 has been leaked online, displaying its design elements and specifications. The video features the silk road Dunhuang (translated) color version of the phone in a black retail box. In addition to the handset, the retail package includes 66W charger, a USB cable and a protective case. The video features the phone’s slim build and a spherical shaped gold-expired rear camera module, which resembles the magic V3. The arrangement of the camera sensor is called a bit different.
The protective case is seen in the same color, which is seen as an Honor Magic V5 with a lens ring that doubles as a stand. The phone appears to have a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
According to the video, the handset runs on a Snapdragon 8 elite chipset and packs a 6,100mAh battery. It is asked to include C1 color display chip and E2 power chip. The phone is tipped to measure 4.1 mm. Meanwhile, the Honor had already revealed that it measures 8.8 mm in the folded state.
The Honor Magic V5 is said to weigh 217g, however, the video shows that its weight is 224g, which is likely to be caused by the screen guard. With the case, the foldable is seen for 253 grams weight. 70 and 90 degrees viewing angles are said to be offered.
Honor Magic V5 is scheduled to be launched in China on 2 July. The brand is currently accepting pre-order for the device and will be sold in Don Gold, Silk Road Dunhuang, Velvet Black and Warm White (Chinese translated) shades. Foldable 12GB + 256GB, 16GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 1TB will be available in RAM and storage configuration.
