HMD Skyline 2 Monicer Surface online; Prepared to launch at the end of this year

HMD HMD could work on the successor of the Skyline handset, which was initially unveiled in July 2024. A tipster has suggested the expected launch timeline of HMD Skyline 2. The company has so far confirmed the device or its monkey. The alleged smartphone is expected to get better features on the existing variants. However, the exact specifications of the rumored phone have not yet been known. In particular, the current HMD Skyline model was introduced in India in September 2024.

HMD Skyline will be launched in select global markets on 2 July according to one X. Post By tipster hmd_meme’s (@smashx_60). The post did not reveal any other details about the alleged handset.

In another X post, tipster suggested HMD may soon introduce Skyline 2GT and Fusion 2 handsets. The pre-gaming-centric device can be. However, since the company has not yet confirmed any rumored phones, the readers are advised to get information with a pinch of salt.

The current HMD Skyline version comes with a 4,600mAh changed battery with a Snapdragon 7S Gen 2 SoC and 33W wired, 15W magnetic wireless and 5W reverse wireless charging support. It sports a 6.55-inch full-HD+ poled screen with 144hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It ships with Android 14 and a custom button is placed on the left edge.

In the camera department, HMD Skyline gets a 108-megapixel primary sensor with a 50-megapixel telephoto shooter and a 13-megapixel ultravide camera and a 50-megapixel selfie shooter in the front.

HMD Skyline supports the repair of HMD Gen 2 and comes with a self-reliant kit. It has an IP54-rated dust and splash-resistant construction and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The price of the handset in the country is Rs. 35,999 for 12GB + 256GB option.
