The man watching the reel on the Pahalgam attack abused, attacked the moving train in Madhya Pradesh

An official said that the Government Railway Police (GRP) on Monday lodged an FIR against two unidentified persons against two unidentified persons against two unidentified persons for misbehaving and attacking the Bhopal-Indore Passenger train.

The victim claimed that he was attacked when a reel about the Pahalgam terror attack, who harassed the accused.

GRP Station House official Rashmi Patidar told PTI that on the basis of complaint by the youth, a case has been registered against two unknown persons under the Indian Nai Code (BNS) Section 118 (1) (deliberately hurting dangerous means), 296 (abuse), 351 (criminal interim (criminal interimity) and other relevant provisions.

He said that the complainant youth have been medically investigated and efforts are being made to identify the accused based on video and CCTV footage of the incident.

The victim said on 27 April, while traveling in the general coach of the Bhopal-Indore passenger train, he was watching a reel related to the Pahalgam terror attack on his mobile phone.

The complainant said that two unknown men started arguing with him, saying that he was looking at the reel after seeing them.

The youth, who were wearing a hat on their heads at the GRP police station and wearing a mask on their face to hide their identity, told reporters that during the dispute over the reel, the accused said objectionable things about India and the constitution and also tried to get it out of the moving train.

When asked about the allegation, the in -charge of the GRP station said, “The youth say that the accused had threatened to get him out of the moving train. Due to this, the section related to the threats has been added to the FIR”.

The official said that a detailed investigation is being done.

The terrorists closed 26 persons, mostly tourists in Pahgam on 22 April, causing pain and resentment.
