Four people drowned in Shetronji River in Gujarat: Police


Amreli, gujarat:

Officials said four people died after drowning in the Shetronji River in Amreli on Monday.

According to officials, the deceased Mitapur was a resident of Dungri village.

Talking to ANI, Gadhvi said, “We came to know at around 8.30 pm that four youths were drowned in the Shetronji river. Two rescue teams of fire and emergency service reached the spot, and the rescue operations continued for 20-25 minutes … four bodies were recovered.”

Officials said the bodies have been handed over to the police department and sent to the civil hospital for post -mortem.
