Pakistan resorts to cross the border in Kupwara in Jammu and Kashmir

Indian armed forces effectively retaliated against unprotected firing.


Srinagar:

Pakistani troops resorted to border across the border to target the terrorist infrastructure in the neighboring country as part of the Line of Control (LOC) in the Kupwara district of Jammu and Kashmir as well as the second consecutive day on Thursday.

Officials said that the Pakistani side targeted civil areas in the Karnah area, spheres and mortar firing after midnight.

Indian armed forces effectively retaliated against unprotected firing.

There is no report of any casualties so far.

Most of the civilian population of Karna moved to safe areas on Wednesday, when Pakistani troops resorted to shelling after India’s ‘Operation Sindoor’.
