More than 3,000 students score 100/100 in mathematics

TN 12th result 2025: The Directorate of Government Examination (DGE), Tamil Nadu, announced the Class 12 (HSC) result for 2025 at 9 am today. Students who appeared for the Tamil Nadu Plus 2 board exam can now use their results through official websites – tnresults.nic.in and dge.tn.nic.in. This year, the class 12 board examination was held from March 3 to March 25, in which more than eight lakh students appeared. A total of 95.03 percent of the students passed the exam, increased by 0.47 percent from last year.

TN 12th result 2025: Subject-wise pass percentage

In the TN Plus 2 examinations, a remarkable passing percentage of 99.51 percent was achieved in zoology, 99.73 percent rate in computer science, 98.36 percent in commerce, 97.3 percent in accountancy, 98.17 percent in economics and 99.78 percent in computer applications.

A record breaking 3,022 students achieved 100 out of 100 in mathematics. Here is a list of the number of students who have scored 100 out of 100 in various subjects:

  • Computer Science – 9,536
  • Mathematics – 3,022
  • Physics – 3,181
  • Biology – 1,125
  • Zoology – 269
  • Tamil – 135

TN Board Class 12 Results 2025: School-War Results

A total of 2,638 schools out of 7,513 achieved 100 percent pass rate. This includes 436 government schools, highlighting the commitment and effort of state -wide students and teachers.

Government School: 91.94%

Government aided school: 95.71%

Private School: 98.88%

  • “HSE (+2) Click on the link for the exam result March 2025.”
  • Enter your registration number and date of birth.
  • Submit details to see your result.
  • Download and print a copy for future reference.

This year, girls improved boys with a percentage of 96.70% compared to 93.16% among boys.
