In view of the increased tension between the two countries, many Pakistani military positions have been destroyed by the Indian forces for cross -border firing by Pakistani troops.
Pakistan resumed firing After India, Islamabad thwarted missiles and drone attacks and captured Kashmir (POK) as part of Operation vermilion after meeting airstrikes on terrorist camps inside Pakistan and Pakistan. Officials said that at least 50 Pakistani drones were taken down.
The Indian Army effectively retaliated and neutralized several Pakistani positions from where the firing was being directed. This has destroyed the first official view of the Pakistani military post beyond the Line of Control. Sources said anti-tank-directed missiles were used to attack military positions.
It is not known from which area the video is from, but it indicates that the Indian Army is an effective response to the continuous ceasefire violation.

“Pakistan Armed Forces started several attacks using drones and other sages along the entire western border at night intervention of 08 and 09 May 2025. Pakistani soldiers also resorted to several ceasefire violations (CFVs) along with the line of control in Jammu and Kashmir.”
It said that drone attacks were effectively repeated, and a “terrible answer” was given by the army to violate the ceasefire. “The Indian Army is committed to the nation’s sovereignty and the protection of regional integrity. All nefarious designs will be responded with force,” he said.
Earlier, the army had stated that the drone aims at military stations in Jammu, Pathankot and Udampur, and all the threats were “rapidly neutralized”.
Meanwhile, India’s Border Security Force (BSF) attempted a major infiltration across the border in Jammu and Kashmir’s Samba district.
A blackout was implemented in several cities near the border areas due to anticipated aerial attacks amid increased tension with Pakistan. There was a power outage all night at many places in Srinagar, Jammu and Punjab and Rajasthan. No damage or casualties have been done from these places.
