India’s 6-point refutation on the claim of every Pakistan ceasefire

New Delhi:

India on Tuesday issued six-points for recent statements by US President Donald Trump for recent statements and recent statements by senior members of his administration. India-Pakistan ceasefire Announced the agreement in the weekend. The Ministry of External Affairs (Mea) strongly denied several claims made by the American leadership about the nature of the American leadership, including the suggestions of US arbitration, the danger of trade pressure and the possibility of discussion on Kashmir.

Washington’s statement came in view of Operation Sindor, a series of military attacks on terrorist infrastructure in the Line of Control (LOC) by India (LOC) and Pakistan -occupied Kashmir (POK), after the Pahgam terror attack, claiming 26 people.

Trump, through a post on Truth Social, and US State Secretary Marco Rubio, in official comments, claimed that the United States broke the ceasefire to prevent a possible nuclear conflict between two South Asian neighbors. Trump further suggested that the US would increase trade with both countries.

India has unevenly rejected these claims.

1. Struggle does not combine us

Mea clarified that the ceasefire agreement was signed directly through military-to-world channels between the Director General of Military Operations of India and Pakistan (DGMOS).

The statement directly counts the “long night” claim of negotiations held by Washington’s Washington, as well as with Rubio’s claim that the agreement followed the talks with senior officials in both the capitals.

2. No nuclear growth

Reacting to Trump’s warning that “millions of people could have died” had increased enmity, Mr. Jaiswal said that India’s military response was strictly limited to “traditional domain”.

3. No trade leverage used

Trump claims that he can “largely” trade with India and Pakistan. “There is no discussion on business with us during Operation Sindoor,” the MEA said.

4. No scope for mediation

Addressing Trump’s proposal to mediate Kashmir and his details of the struggle of the region, as “1,000 -year battle”, the Indian spokesperson reiterated the long -held situation in New Delhi.

“We have a long national position that any issue related to the Indian Union region of Jammu and Kashmir is to be addressed bilaterally by India and Pakistan,” said Mr. Jaiswal. “It has been said that the policy has not changed. As you know, the outstanding case is a holiday of illegally occupied by Pakistan.”

5. India rejects ‘hyphension’ with Pakistan

Mea also pushed back that it has been described as “hypothesis” -Guping India and Pakistan together diplomatically.

“There is a comprehensive understanding in the world that Indian tourists were victims of terrorism in Pahgam and that the subclass of terrorism is crossing the border in Pakistan. Many foreign leaders recognized the right to protect India’s rights and protect their people in their conversation with Indian counterparts.”

6. No neutral venue talks

Rubio had announced that the two countries had agreed to start a widespread discussion at a neutral site. Mr. Jaiswal rejected, saying, “No such discussion was planned.”
