The blast took place in the Bas Bagan area of ward number 4 building under Titgarh Municipality.
According to the police, the incident was reported at around 7 pm.

DCP IB Jha said, “At around 7 am today, Titgarh PS came to know about an explosion. The police team reached the spot, dropped out of the area and called the FSL team. If there is no complaint about the incident, we will not give any information about any person’s injury.
Meanwhile, a police investigation is going on.
