Honor 400 Series to receive six years of Android updates, AI Google’s VEO 2 features

The Honor 400 series is scheduled to be launched in European markets on 22 May, including Honor 400 and Honor 400 Pro models. Before its anticipated start, Honor has announced that both smartphones will be introduced with six years of Android update. As part of its long -time cooperation with Google, the company will offer Artificial Intelligence (AI) abilities on the Honor 400 series run by the VEO 2 video generation model, allowing users to convert images into short videos.

The phone will get a 50-megapixel front-facing camera for selfie and video calls. It will ship with ip68 + IP69 ratings with dust and water entry.

The global variants of the smartphone can pack 6,000mAh battery. Both models of the Honor 400 series will have a 1,280×2,800 pixel resolution display with 5,000-NIT peak brightness, 120Hz refresh rate and 460PPI pixel density.
