Varanasi:
Just a week after their marriage, a 44 -year -old man killed his wife in Amauli village in Varanasi district of Uttar Pradesh.
According to the police, Aarti Pal (26) from Jaunpur district was the third wife of Raju Pal. After two broken weddings, Raju married Aarti on 9 May and a conflict between them began immediately after.
On Thursday night, Raju brutally thrashed Aarti on some issues, Chaubpur show Jagdish Kuswaha said.
After being informed by the neighbors, a police team rushed to the spot and took the injured Aarti to the Narpatpur Community Health Center, where doctors declared him dead, he said.
Raju has been arrested, SHO said, saying that the body has been sent for post -mortem.
