Above the man dies from suicide, blames the wife in the letter

In a suicide dialect, a 34 -year -old man from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh consumed poison and died in a local hospital during treatment two days later. Mohit Tyagi, a private firm and a resident of Modinagar area of ​​Ghaziabad, accused his wife and his relatives of harassment in a suicide note.

Mohit’s brother Rahul Tyagi has claimed that he was under psychological stress due to alleged misconduct by his wife and his family. The family lodged a complaint at the Modinagar police station, in which Mohit’s wife Priyanka Tyagi, her brother Puneet Tyagi, Bhabhi Neetu Tyagi and mother Chacha Anil and Vishesh Tyagi were named.

Police said a case has been registered and the circumstances around Mohit’s death have been investigated.

‘Relationship became sour within months’

Mohit married Priyanka, a woman from Sambhal district on December 10, 2020. This was Mohit’s second marriage. In October 2021, the couple had a son Samarth Tyagi (surname Chiku).

According to Mohit’s family, the relationship started deteriorating within months of marriage. The allegations include regular oral misuse, threats of false legal action and emotional and psychological oppression. Mohit’s suicide papers were shared with many friends and relatives on WhatsApp, before he used to consume poison on April 15, clearly names individuals who believed that they were responsible for their mental pain.

In the letter, he accuses his wife and his relatives to marry him as part of the plan to withdraw money through the dangers of false legal action, including a dowry case.

Robbery of alleged gold

After the death of Mohit’s mother due to blood cancer, the tension between Mohit and Priyanka increased. Mohit alleged that three months after his mother’s death, Priyanka, along with her brother and another unknown person, snatched all the gold jewelery in the house – an estimated between Rs 12 to Rs 12 lakh was estimated – as well as the family’s locker also stored cash. She also went with her child, power.

The incident allegedly occurred when Mohit was about to leave for work. His sister -in -law was at home and informed his elder brother, Rahul, who arrived shortly after. Efforts to stop Priyanka were allegedly dancing. According to the letter, she said that if she is not allowed to leave, she will discredit the family.

The family claimed that they had filed a police complaint at that time, but no action was taken.

Tiger and suicide

On 15 April, Mohit allegedly received a phone call from a wide police station in Sambhal. The call informed him about a complaint lodged by his wife. Shortly thereafter, he messaged his acquaintances through WhatsApp, showing that he was going to take his life and naming those who had held responsible.

He consumed poison that day and was initially admitted to a local hospital in Modinagar. His condition deteriorated and died two days later.

“Me and my family members tried their best to change Priyanka’s behavior, but it seemed as if she had married me for some other purpose, because the way she behaved, no one can guess that she did not come to marry, but to withdraw money from me and my family members or to implicate me in a false case,” Mohit claimed.

Suicide letter

In the letter, Mohit alleged that Priyanka repeatedly tried to end her pregnancy, which entered several hospitals in Modinagar, Meerut and Ghaziabad. Mohit claimed that Priyanka expressed a lack of desire to raise the child before and after birth.

After delivery, his behavior was reportedly more hostile, and he continued to misuse him and his family orally. Mohit and his family feared arrest and social instability as to what they called a false legal case.

Mohit expressed concern for the welfare of his son, asking that the child be kept under the care of his ancestral family.

“I have no sadness at dying, I am just sad that after my death, all these conspirators can kill my child Chiku,” he said. “If I do not commit suicide, no one will believe my truth.”

This letter ends with the appeal of UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, so that they are urged to prevent misuse of legal provisions in marital disputes.
