The Indian Army said that Nine targets were also included under ‘Operation Sindoor’ in Pakistan and Pakistan-Quiz-Kashmir (POK), Lashkar-e-Tabiba (late) training camps were also included in 26/11 Mumbai attacks.
- Operation vermilion The targets included Markz Taiba Muridke in Pakistan, where Ajmal Kasab, Lashkar-e-Tabiba terrorist behind Mumbai attacks, 166 people died in 2008, and David Headley, the mastermind of the attack took training, Army Colonel Sophia Kursi told reporters.
- While Kasab, a living terrorist among the Pakistani group, was killed in 2012 in Pune, Headley is currently in a jail in the US.
- The missile strike was also launched at the headquarters of banned terrorist groups Jaish-e-Mohammed and Hizbul Mujahideen.
