Amit Shah chairs are found to review the implementation of 3 new criminal laws in Delhi

Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Monday chaired a high-level review meeting on the implementation of three new criminal laws in Delhi in the National Capital in the national capital.

Among the attendees were Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, Lieutenant Governor Vin Kumar Saxena and Delhi Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora.

There are three laws: Indian Naiya Code, Indian city Surak Sanhita, and Indian Sakshya Adhiam. These laws were conceptualized with the vision of the Prime Minister to change the laws of colonial-era, which to maintain the judicial system by maintaining after independence and focusing on justice from punishment. The theme of the program is “Secure Society, from developed India-punishment to justice”.

Earlier on May 4, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta launched Medlep (Medico-Legal Examination and Postmortem Reporting) at the Secretariat on Sunday on Sunday and said it is a transformative step in improving the efficiency and credibility of India’s criminal justice process.

Speaking in an official briefing, CM Gupta said that the initiative was initiated by the Central Government in response to the three new criminal laws implemented by the central government to overhall and modern.

“Three new criminal laws came into existence through the central government. To improve the entire justice system, Medleper has been introduced … Our justice system was delayed, flaws were left in it, and doubts about discrepancies and problems.

The system, which integrates digital tools for medico-leggal testing and postmortem documentation, is to eliminate manual errors, streamlines reporting and ensure more transparency.

These laws were conceptualized to change the laws of colonial-era with the concept of the Prime Minister, which created after independence and improved the judicial system by focusing on punishment to justice. The theme of this program is “safe society, developed India-punishment to justice.”
