A deep raid by the authorities has bombed another suspected militant’s house in Jammu and Kashmir with the aim of eliminating the terrorist infrastructure, killing 26 people, large -scale action against terrorists continue after the Pahgam attack.
Pakistan captured the house of Farooq Ahmed Tadwa in Kashmir in Kalaros area of Kupwara district of North Kashmir, bombing by officials, the latest in a series of terrorist houses which have collapsed.
The houses of six terrorists or their associates have been demolished with officials in the last 48 hours, stating that similar action will be taken against others involved in terrorist activities.
J&A police spokesperson said that more than 60 places were raided in Srinagar on Saturday.
Police said they were done to seize arms, documents, digital equipment etc.
A police spokesman said, “The purpose of this decisive action of the Jammu and Kashmir Police is to disintegrate the terrorist ecosystem in Jammu and Kashmir, which is being taken legal action against the people engaged in such national and criminal activities.”
The spokesman said that the police are committed to maintaining peace and security in the city.
“Any person was found to be found to be on the agenda of violence, disruption or illegal activities, facing strict legal consequences under the law,” the official warned.
An official said that the security forces are hunting terrorist colleagues and their sympathy in the length and width of the valley to make preventives against attacks like Pahalgam.
Militants set fire to Besaran on Tuesday, called ‘Mini Switzerland’ and a hit with tourists, 26 people killed in the upper reach of Pahgam in Anantnag district, most of whom were leisurers from other states.
The incident has increased India-Pakistan tension, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced that the killers would be “taken to the end of the earth.”
Officials blew up the houses of two active terrorists – Adil Thokar in Bijbehara area of Anantnag district and security forces raided the houses on Thursday night in the trolley area of Pulwama district.
Officials said that while Thorker has been nominated as one of the three terrorists involved in the fierce murder of tourists in Pahgam, Sheikh has not been denied to attend the attack.
On Saturday, officials said that four houses of alleged terrorists were demolished in Pulwama, Shopian, Kupwara and Kulgam districts of South Kashmir on Friday night.
Security forces have also scored hundreds of overground workers (OWGS) and their supporters – mostly in South Kashmir districts – in their dialect to track terrorists who carried out the attack on Tuesday.
