With Apple’s WWDC 2025 on the horizon, rumors about the expected announcements are making rounds. Next to the developer conference, which is closed on 9 June, Apple has updated its homepage with a new tagline that reportedly tease the updates that will be previewed. Cupertino-based tech giants are likely to announce new firmware recurrence for their devices such as iPhone, iPad and MAC, they are expected to refresh the major views this year.

Apple originally announced the WWDC 2025 event on 21 May with “horizon” tagline. The accompanying teaser image featured a rainbow graphic with ‘glassy’ effects, possibly a sign of design changes in its OS recurrents this year. It’s now Tagline replaced With “sleek peak” on your developer page.
This is another sign for refreshing that will bring the other operating system of Apple to suit visuals in visionos, which gives strength to the Vision Pro spatial headset.
Previous reports show that there will be a new form interface in iPhone, iPad and Mac operating systems. Apple can bring a floating tab scene, glass effects throughout the UI, updated iconography and other visual elements. It is said that its purpose is to provide a more harmonious experience in devices in its portfolio.
With visual changes, Apple allegedly wants to reduce the difference in system actions, such as menu button, menu bar, hamburger menu and buttons to close the applications. It is responsible for a new generation of users to better understand its devices. As part of it, the main applications are likely to have an appearance that is more consistent with other OS.
Apart from visual refreshments, the iPhone manufacturer is also expected to bring a change when it comes to naming its Ose. Reports suggest that Apple can move away from a repetition-based naming strategy. This means that iOS 19 can be changed to iOS 26, iPados 19 in iPados 26, and Macos 16 in Macos 26. In particular, the latter is also called with Monic ‘Taho’ after the Taho Lake in California.

Apple says that WWDC 2025 will be in Apple Park of Cupertino, California between June 9 and June 13. This will close with an in-tradition kenote session on PT (IST) at 9 am on 9 June, where all updates and changes coming on various Apple platforms are likely to be previewed.
