Rajasthan Police Constable Recruitment 2025: The Rajasthan Police Department has extended the application deadline for the ongoing constable recruitment 2025 drives. Initially, for the closure of May 17, the last date for submission of online application has now been pushed by May 25, 2025, which offers an extended window of eight additional days to apply to the candidates.
Vacancies increased in 11 districts
In an important update, the number of available constable posts has also been revised. The recruitment drive, originally aiming to fill 9,617 vacancies, will now cover a total of 10,000 posts. The increase occurred on May 12 after a revised notification, which announced 383 new posts in 11 districts in the state.
These posts include Constable General Duty, Driver, Band, Operator and Vacancies for Driver Rips in the Police Telecom Unit. The recruitment will be held under Rajasthan Police in various districts, units and battalions.

For candidates related to general category, OBC/EWS (creamy layer), and applicants outside Rajasthan: Rs 600.
OBC/MBC/EWS, SC, ST, TSP, and Sahariya under the non-slayer layer of categories for Rajasthan candidates: Rs 400.
Rajasthan Police Constable Recruitment 2025: Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a certain monthly stipend of Rs 14,600 during the two -year probation training period. After completion, they will be entitled to a regular salary under the Pay Matrix Level -5 (L -5) as per the 7th Pay Commission Guidelines.

The applicants will have passed the senior secondary (class 12) or a recognized educational board or an equivalent examination from the institute.
