Cuet and 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the registration time limit for students who want to take CUET UG 2025 Accountancy Re-Test. The deadline has been extended from May 23 to May 24 at 1 pm.
According to the official notice, the candidates who are present for accountancy paper between May 13 and May 16 will be given the option to either maintain their original score or take the test again with a revised question paper pattern.
With input from subject experts, the updated examination format for accountancy now offers students to answer questions from Unit V: Computerized Accounting System or an alternative unit.
Earlier, Unit V was mandatory, often creating challenges for students who lacked proficiency in computerized accounting. The new structure is aimed at providing more flexibility and suit the strength of the individual student.
Students who want to apply for CUET UG 2025 Accountancy Re-Test will have to submit their application by 1 pm on May 24, at 1 pm Link provided on NTA’s official portal,
The NTA said, “Candidates who have already appeared for accountancy paper from 13 to 16 May, will either be given the option to maintain their original score or will be present for Retests under the revised examination pattern.”
If no response is obtained within the deadline, the score obtained in the tests conducted between May 13 and 16, 2025 would be considered final, the agency clarified.
