Jammu:
Officials today said that the security forces have killed an army personnel with an gun after the security forces stopped the militants who attempted to infiltrate near the Line of Control (LOC) in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir.
Kuldeep Chand was a soldier with 9 Punjab Regiment, the Army’s Jammu-based White Knight Corps said in a post on X.
“GOC (General Officer Commanding), White Knight Corps and all rank 9 Punjab salute the highest sacrifice of Brevhart Sub Kuldeep Chand of Punjab. He set his life, leading a counter-infection operation along the line of control in the Kery-Batal area of Karibni, on the night of 11 April, 2025,” Said the White Night Night.
He said, “His team’s bravery and the last sacrifice of sub Kuldeep attempted to infiltrate by the terrorists,” he said.

Earlier today, the army said that two terrorists were killed in the ongoing operation in the ice bound area of the Kishtar district of Jammu and Kashmir. A terrorist was killed a day earlier.
