As Trump attacks terrorist bases in India Pakistan

New Delhi:

In response to last month’s attack in Pahgam in Jammu and Kashmir, reacting to India, conducting accurate attacks on terrorist bases in Pakistan, US President Donald Trump said that the US knew that something was going to happen and they hope “it will end very soon”.

Answering a question in a press conference, Mr. Trump said, “We just heard about it because we were walking in the doors of the oval. I think we knew that something was going to happen on the basis of some past.”

While doing an impure PAS in a clear context for India and Pakistan, the US President said, “They have been fighting for many decades, and for centuries when you think about it. Naah, I hope it will end very soon.”

In the early hours of Wednesday, India stated that it has launched ‘Operations Indoor’, targeting nine terrorist infrastructure sites in Pakistan, including Pakistan-co-opinion Kashmir. The Ministry of Defense described the attacks as a “accurate and restrained response” for the barbaric Pahalgam terror attack and stated that no Pakistani military facilities collided, depicting India’s “calibrated and non-eskalery approach”.

Emphasizing the nature of the retaliation of the strike, the ministry said, “This operation underlines India’s resolve to make criminals accountable while avoiding unnecessary provocative.”

The Pakistan Army confirmed that the locations in Kotli and Muzaffarabad in Pakistan -occupied Kashmir and Muridke and Bahawalpur were killed. The sites are important because Muridke is the headquarters of Lashkar-e-Tabiba, which is believed to be behind the Pahalgam attack, and the basis of Jaish-e-Mohammed led by Bahawalpur Masood Azhar.

Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that five places were attacked and the country “has the right to respond”. The country also continued the violation of its ceasefire, which has now been going on for more than 10 days, and opened fire along with the Line of Control in the Bhimber Gali region of the Poonch-Rajouri region.

Strike comes on a day when the civil defense mock drill will be performed across India – the first since 1971 – and the Indian Air Force will conduct a large -scale military exercises in Rajasthan along the international border in Pakistan.
