Best mobile phone under Rs. 15,000 in India: IQO Z10X, Poco M7 Pro, Moto G85 and more

The budget smartphones in India have definitely traveled a long way. Manufacturers who initially struggled to give sufficient value and basic software operations with progress in technology, are now able to design smartphones that easily improve their old counterparts. Today, we have budget smartphones under Rs. 15,000 that not only talk about basics, but also offer additional features such as good battery life and better IP ratings. ‘5G tax’ is now a matter of the past, and manufacturers are offering more features to address growing competition.

Even though we reviewed it, Infinix Note 40x does not make it in our list. The main reason for this is that despite taking into account its budget price tag, it had many areas that required improvement. Of these, its slow charging speed, poor performance and the fact that it could not achieve any future software updates. At the same time, phones such as IQO Z10X and Poco X7 stood out looking at their well -balanced features and hardware designs.

So, here is our list of some of the best phones to buy under Rs. 15,000 in India, not in any particular order.

Phone under Rs. 15,000 Gadget 360 rating (out of 10) Price in India (as recommended)
IQO Z10x 8 Rupee. 13,499
Little M7 Pro 8 Rupee. 12,999
Little x7 8 Rupee. 15,899
Motorola Moto G85 8 Rupee. 15,999
CMF phone 1 8 Rupee. 15,999

IQO Z10x

The Z10x of IQO is a good balance of performance and style. Its fancy rear panel is a major departure from the previous model and also provides an IP64 rating for dust and water. Its design is also a MIL-STD-810H certified, which normally acts in extreme climate and temperature. The MediaTek Dimentense 7300 processor is a popular chipset at this price point, and it gives enough performance to run the software smoothly.

The main opposition of IQO Z10X is in its cameras. Our review unit took average quality photos in daylight and low light. The same can be said about its selfie camera. With a 6,500mAh battery capacity, the battery life is not a problem, and therefore, the phone can easily last up to two days with contingency use. Its charging rate is slightly slow due to a relatively slow 44W charger.

Little M7 Pro

Poco’s M7 Pro also provides excellent value. Its premium-dying design is also IP64-rated, which is a major improvement on the previous model, M6 Pro. Unlike most smartphones at this price point, Poco M7 Pro offers good delite camera performance. Cherry at the top is its 120Hz Amoled panel, which can reach a peak glow of 2,100 knots. In addition to clearly visible in direct sunlight, the display is also good to see the dolby vision and HDR 10+ content via OTT apps. The entertainment package also includes two stereo speakers that produce vigorous, room-filled sounds.

While Poco M7 Pro checks a lot of boxes for a budget smartphone, its performance is not best in this segment. The phone is powered by a MediaTek Demistance 7025 processor, which produced a slightly lower benchmark score in our review, even though its software experience was interval-free.

Little x7

Its recent price is Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 15,999, Poco X7 also makes it in this list. It is provided that you are ready to raise your budget slightly. The phone has a very unique dual-finish vegetarian leather design and a dual-ficious edge display, which is rarely available at this price point. In addition, an IP69 rating is available, which is difficult to find in this segment. Its performance also provides 3,000 Nits peak shine and supports HDR 10+ and dolby vision material in OTT apps. The phone is powered by a MediaTek Demistance 7300 Ultra processor, which should do so and there should also be enough grunt for some middle-level gaming.

Battery life is the place where Poco X7 is not good like other people in this segment. For reference, IQO Z10X (6,500mAh battery) was impressive in our HD video loop test for 37 hours and 46 minutes, where Poco managed 21 hours despite having a battery of only 5,500mAh.

Motorola Moto G85

In this guide, people craving a sweet service of pass-stock Android software can see Motorola Moto G85. Despite its few hardware options (Snapdragon 6s General 3), the Moto G85 managed to find a good balance of features and prices. The phone has a grippy vegetarian leather -covered rear panel and provides a basic IP52 rating for dust and water protection.

The camera performance for this price point is very good, and the moto also has a macro camera for shutterbugs. This also applies to performance, where Motorola has managed to squeeze into a 6.67 -inch pool with a 120Hz refresh rate. Since the average capacity of the phone is a 5,000mAh battery, its performance is not best, but we saw that its performance with day to day was reliable. And because it has a low -capacity battery, it is one of the lightest smartphones in this list, weighing only 172 grams.

CMF phone 1

The phone 1 is nothing is the first smartphone of the sub-brand, but it still packs adequate features for an attractive offering after the launch. The design of the phone is actually its main attraction. The design is slightly modular, allowing users to replace the rear panel of the phone and attach some standard alternative goods (card holder, phone stand, chilli loop). Users who are in 3D printing can also come with their own unique backs, combining custom functions.

The phone has a MediaTek Demispress 7300 SoC, which is sufficient for daily applications. Running the show is nothing that adds an abstract and unique software experience. Given its slim design with interchangeable rear panels, the phone was to be done with a normal 5,000mAh battery. But good software optimization meant that it still manages a better score than the X7 of Poco listed above.
