BJP MP Nishikant Dubey, who recently targeted the Supreme Court after his order on the powers of the President and the Governors, has now taunted the petitioner who filed a contempt petition against him.

Pilot demanded the implementation of powers under Article 129 of the Constitution to punish the MP from Godda constituency in Jharkhand for his “very stimulating, disgusting and scam” statements. Article 129 gives the apex court the power to punish himself for contempt.
The court said, “We are giving a small order. We will give some reasons. We will not entertain it but we will give a small order.”
The MPs, who often issue controversy statements, said that “the Supreme Court is leading the country to anarchy” and it was “responsible for provoking religious wars in the country. What happened due to Nishikant Dubey’s comment?
The Supreme Court decided to set a time outline for the President of India, which was a decision to take a decision on the bills sent to him, which was behind the outbreak of Mr. Dubey.
While the opposition parties praised the court’s decision, the BJP MP made a comment against the Supreme Court, saying that Parliament and State Legislative Assembly should be closed if the apex court has to make a law.

Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh, commenting, accused the people holding constitutional positions and BJP MPs were speaking against the Supreme Court in an attempt to “weaken” the organization.
Supreme Court Judge Bra Gavai also reacted to the issue, while in West Bengal, during the anti -Waqf law protest, he considered a petition demanding an inquiry into violence. “As, we allege encroachment on parliamentary and executive functions,” he said in a clear context of derogatory remarks on the judiciary.
