The New Delhi Bar Association on Thursday assured a fair and transparent test, without any disturbance, 26/11 against the Mumbai attack, Tahwur Hussain Rana accused.
The Bar Association assured no disruption in the event of law and order within complex or intervention in judicial proceedings during the production of Rana in court.
Tarun Rana, Secretary, New Delhi Bar Association, said, “Our Bar Association will ensure that there is no disruption of law and order within complex or disturbances in judicial proceedings as we are alert to the severity and gravity of the case.”
Tarun Rana said that the issue was “directly involved with the integrity of our country” and said, “Therefore, as the office bearrs of the New Delhi Bar Association, our Executive Committee is committed to ensure fair and transparent action by following the law of our country.”
