‘Detective’ YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra’s Bangladesh connection emerges, she was planning a visit

New Delhi:

As an inquiry into the alleged espionage for the Pakistan’s income of Youtuber Jyoti Malhotra, his clear relationship with Bangladesh has emerged, bringing it under more doubt and investigation by the agencies. YouTuber has been accused of spying for Pakistan and has also been accused of sharing secret and strategic information with the enemy nation. It is said to be in touch with many Pakistani agents, including some ISI operators, Pakistan’s intelligence agency.

While the Haryana Police examined the alleged collusion of YouTuber with agents to use its social media presence to advance a Pakistani story and impress Bhola locals here, officials stumbled on an important piece of information, showing that YouTuber was planning to visit Bangladesh soon.

It has access to Jyoti’s visa form application, which shows that the next destination on her journey program was Bangladesh. An undivided Bangladesh visa application form shows his name inscribed on the form in which he filled his ‘temporary address’ as one in Uttara, Dhaka.

The visa application form, however, the investigation team believes that the purpose of his visit was to align and position with Bangladeshi operators under the guise of the video shoot.

The ‘Spy’ video blogger was grilled on the alleged link with Pakistani Intelligence Operators (PIO) on Tuesday by officials of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and Intelligence Bureau (IB).

With the knowledge of the investigation, the officials revealed that their recent foreign visits in Pakistan, China and other countries are being closely investigated.

Several reports have said that Haryana YouTuber continued to repent during interrogation and insisted that it was being targeted for his free speech.

They have been accused of sharing sensitive military information with Pakistani intelligence operators, raising concerns about safety violations, especially in the backdrop of Gustali Pahalgam attacks. His proposed visit in Bangladesh, after the government changes there, increases the fresh security concerns.
