Explosion simulation in Bengaluru, air siren drill in Delhi


New Delhi:

The Srila air raids were the center of meditation across the country at 244 places at 244 places, which included 100 sensitive ‘civil defense districts’ such as nuclear plants, military bases, refineries and hydrolytic dams.

Government sources said that 70 terrorists were killed and 60 others were injured, injured in a 25-minute OP, who took out terrorist camps associated with Lashkar-e-Tabiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed and Hizbul Mujahideen, each of which has initiated terrorist attacks against India in the past.

‘Civil Defense’ practices across India

Practiced at 55 places in the national capital including the airport and the Reserve Bank of India, as well as high footfalls like Chandni Chowk and Khan Bazaar.

In the Khan Market, a siren was voiced and people were ’empty’ in a specified secure area.

Visuals, shared by news agency ANI, showed a fire truck and an ambulance, navigating narrow roads around the market, and emergency services carry ‘injured’ on stretcher.

The video also featured firefighters to exclude a fake explosion while running with hoses, although they seemed interrupted by the cheek of people and media persons.

Similar scenes were seen in Chandni Chowk area.

At both places, civil defense volunteers and Delhi Fire Service followed the rescue of the injured persons, including ‘stranded’ in high-growing buildings.

Such scenes were also seen in Maharashtra in Mumbai and Pune, Lucknow and Jhanda and Rajasthan in Uttar Pradesh, of which the latter shares a border with Pakistan.

Practice in Mumbai was conducted at Chhatrapati Shivaji railway station, which was one of the places attacked by Ajmal Kasab and Jai-e-Mohammed militants in 26/11.

The security forces involved demonstrated procedures for the protection of the fire and methods to exclude the blazes, along with the procedures to follow and/or to follow during air strikes and techniques.

Siren and withdrawal exercises were also done in the city’s municipal corporation office.

In Bengaluru, a category 2, named as 2 ‘Civil Defense District’, started with Air Ride Sirens at 3.48 am and included simulated rescue options in the event of fire or explosion.

This included saving people from under the rubble. The practice lasted for 30 minutes.

In Hyderabad, exercises were conducted to prepare for blasts; Visuals lay on the stage covered with their ears and later emptied the ‘injured’ to the volunteers.

Security readiness exercises were also conducted in 15 districts of Assam. The drill included air red and blackout prep, first response measures and installation of temporary hospitals.

Practice was also done at nine places in Uttarakhand and 22 places in Haryana.
