An alleged conversation between the yatra Vlogger Jyoti Malhotra and a Pakistani intelligence officer has come to light, highlighting the earlier link with Islamabad, as the police in India have continued to examine YouTubar for allegedly spying for the neighboring country.

Malhotra, who lives in Hisar, Haryana, was arrested last week, a YouTube channel called ‘Travel with Joe’. Sources suggest that she was in constant contact with Ali Hasan, who worked for Pakistan’s detective agency The Inter Services Intelligence (ISI), who serves as a fullcram in her military-attentive Nexus. Both used to talk a lot, they said.

Officials have now seen WhatsApp conversation between 33 -year -old YouTuber and Hasan. One of the chat told Malhotra to Hasan, “I got married in Pakistan”, which indicates her emotional relationship with Islamabad.

Reports show that WhatsApp chat also revealed several coded conversations between the two, especially related to India’s undercover operations.

Police sources said that during the investigation, the police have found information about four bank accounts related to Malhotra. Transactions from Dubai were also found in an account.

Agencies are now passing through all their bank accounts to find out where they are getting the money.

Malhotra, a more than one lakh followers on Instagram, visited Pakistan twice, during which she came in contact with Raheim, an officer of Pakistan High Commission in Delhi. Rahim later introduced him to Pakistani intelligence operators.

Back to India, she remained in touch with her Pakistani handlers and allegedly shared sensitive information with the Indian Army’s movement.

His father initially claimed that he had traveled to shoot a video in Pakistan. Recently changing his version, he said that he had informed him about going to Delhi, not Pakistan.

Malhotra is one of the dozen-bodgeless persons who were arrested for alleged espionage in the last week, which was amid increased monitoring in view of fresh India-Pakistan tension. Others include a student, a security guard and a businessman. These suspects were arrested from Haryana, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh.
