Government busts fake news about government entry ban amidst India-Pakistan tension

The fact investigation unit of the Press Information Bureau (PIB) has clarified that claims on social media about the ban on entry on airports across India are false.

In a post on X, a post has written in the fact check unit, “Fake news alert. Social media post claims that entry at airports across India has banned #Pibfactcheck. This claim is #fake. The government has not taken any such decision.”

Meanwhile, several airlines have issued travel advice, which has been asked to reach the airports at least three hours before their flight due to an increase in safety checks. Passengers are also being advised to carry photo ID card approved by the valid government.

Akasa Airlines posted on X: “Travel Update: Increasing security measures at all airports across India, we request you to reach the airport at least 3 hours before you leave, to ensure a spontaneous check-in and boarding experience. Is.

“To save time, we encourage you to check online on http://akasaair.com or our mobile app. We honestly appreciate your patience and understanding and look forward to welcoming riding on Akasa experience.” Akasa Air added to his official statement.

SpiceJet also issued a uniform advisor, writing:
