Lucknow:
Shortly after a debate with his wife late Friday night, 37 -year -old Anupam Tiwari was reported to be jumping into a river in Lucknow. Twenty -year -old Shivam Upadhyay, a relative, also jumped into the river to save him. Twelve hours later, only Shivam’s body has been recovered.
On reaching the spot, the police appointed divers to help the lap rebuild the laps. But they failed to build any headway. The state disaster response force or SDRF was pressed into service earlier the next day. After a 12 -hour marathon attempt, they managed to find a body.
“We got information at 1:30 pm. Our team was here at 6 am. We are on jobs. We have a team of 12 people who are involved in the rescue operation. We know that two people were missing,” Jatendra Singh said, SDRF Lucknow team.

Anupam Tiwari, a lawyer and native of Mau in UP, is still to be found.
“He (Anupam Tiwari) often used to come here after dinner. The same thing happened last night. However, he slipped and fell into the river. A relative tried to save him and jumped into the river,” said Devamani Mishra, a friend of Anupam Tiwari.
“He came here for his daily walk post dinner. Our younger brother also followed him. He also jumped into the river,” said Devesh Dwivedi, a relative of two people.
However, Mr. Dwivedi said that there was no family dispute.
