She allegedly came to the radar of security agencies when she went to China soon after returning from Pakistan in 2024. He visited Pakistan for 12 days in April 2024. Subsequently, she went to China in June. There, she roamed in luxury cars and visited jewelery shops in many places. It suspected security agencies in India about its purpose and expenses, after which they started monitoring it.
Ms. Malhotra allegedly collected intelligence about Indian places and gave her Pakistani handlers on the pretext of making YouTube videos.
He attended an iftar party at the Pakistani High Commission on 23 March and uploaded pictures on social media.

Puri’s woman shared intelligence information with Ms. Malhotra, Mr. Aggarwal said, “Haryana Police is investigating the matter and we are providing them necessary assistance.”
The Puri SP said that the police is “investigating the purpose” of Ms. Malhotra’s visit to Puri, and trying to find out that “she stopped where she had contacted and any possible suspicious activities”, Puri SP said.
The Odisha Police did not reveal the identity of Puri Utubar.
