ICAI Postpone CA Final, Intermediate Examination 2025 May 9-14 determined; Check new dates

CA Exam May 2025 New dates: Amidst increasing tension between India and Pakistan, the institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAI) in India has once again postponed the final, intermediate and International Taxation -Evaluation Tests (INTT) exams to Chartered Accountants, which were originally scheduled from May 9 to May 14. The exam will now be held from 16 May to 24 May.

As per the revised schedule, the final examination (Group II) Paper 5 was scheduled on indirect tax laws and on transfer pricing INTT-AT Paper 1, earlier for May 10, will now be held on 16 May. Similarly, the final paper 6 on integrated trade solutions and INTT-AT Paper 2 on International Tax Exercise is scheduled on 13 May, transferred on 18 May.

Intermediate Examination (Group II) Paper 4, cost and management accounting, which is earlier scheduled for 9 May, will now be held on 20 May. Paper 5 on Auditing and Ethics, originally planned for 11 May, will be on May 22, while the paper on Financial Management and Strategic Management is scheduled for 6, 14 May, rescued on 24 May.

The examination center and time remains unchanged, in which papers are scheduled from 2 pm to 5 pm or from 2 pm to 6 pm. The admit cards already issued will be valid for the re -scheduled dates.

Chartered Accountants Foundation May 2025 Exams will proceed on May 15, 17, 19 and 21 as per the plan.

The ICAI clarified in its notice, “There will be no change in the examination schedule in any day of examination, which was determined.”
