The National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has activated the image improvement window for NEET PG 2025 starting on 17 May, 2025 today. Candidates can now fix errors through the official website – nbe.edu.in.in.in with discrepancies in their uploaded photograph, signature, or thumb impression. The pre-final edit window will remain open until May 21, 2025.
The NEET PG 2025 exam is scheduled for June 15, 2025, while the admit cards will be released on June 11, 2025. The results are expected to be on July 15, 2025.
NBEMS has clarified that candidates will be personally informed whether any shortcomings are found in their uploaded images (photographs, signature, thumb imprint). Those notified will have to improve during pre-final edit window (May 17 to May 21, 2025).
NBEMS will also release a list of applicants who fail to improve these issues by May 21. For such candidates, a final opportunity will be given through the final edit window from 24 May to 26 May 2025.
Candidates who do not correct their images even during this final window will have to face application rejection. There will be no possibility further. Aspirants are strongly advised to upload images as per the guidelines prescribed to avoid rejection.
How to correct images in NEET PG 2025 application
step 1. Go to nbe.edu.in and log in using your credentials
step 2. Navigate on ‘NEET PG 2025’ and select ‘Final Edit Window’
step 3. Upload the correct picture, signature or thumb impression according to the guidelines
step 4. Review and submit the update
Step 5. Download a copy of the revised application for your record.
Candidates are advised to check the NBEMS website for updates and ensure compliance with the image guidelines.
