Scripting a new chapter in regional mobility, Minister of External Affairs S Jaishankar on Thursday spoke on an official phone call with Taliban acting Foreign Minister Amir Khan Mottki. This call assumes importance as it is the first minister-level outreach for India’s Taliban administration by India.
