The Indian Army shared new scenes of military action taken under Operation Sindoor, called it justice and did not avenge the Pahgam attack in which 26 civilians were killed.
The video shared on the Army’s Western Command X handle showed military firing and shelling on the Pakistani region as part of the strike on 7 May and later. A soldier can be heard saying, “This (Operation Sindoor) began with the initiative attack. It is not anger, but a resolution to teach a lesson that will be remembered in the future. It is justice, not revenge.”
The video provided caption as “planned, trained and executed”, the soldier is heard saying that all Pakistani posts were abolished from where firing was started.

After the May 7 Operation Sindoor continued to be across the border tension, in which nine terrorist targets were hit in Pakistan and Pakistan -occupied Kashmir, on May 10, a ceasefire between the two countries reached a ceasefire. New Delhi said that Pakistan and Indus trade with water treaty
This comes a day when the Indian Army said that no meeting of the Directors General of Military Operations (DGMO) of India and Pakistan was scheduled on Sunday, saying that the ceasefire between the two countries continues. A Defense Ministry statement said, “Some media houses are reporting that the ceasefire between India and Pakistan is ending today. In addition, queries are also being obtained if a DGMO-level has been determined today? It is as a response as a response:- No DGMO talks have been fixed till date.
The Center also announced a list of fifty political leaders, MPs and former ministers of various political parties, who will be part of the seven delegations traveling to world capitals to fulfill India’s resolve to deal with terrorism against Operation Sindoor. Baijayant Panda, Ravi Shankar Prasad (both BJP), Sanjay Kumar Jha (Jadu), Srikanth Shinde (Shiv Sena), Shashi Tharur (Congress), Kanmozy (DMK) and Supriya Sol (NCP-SP) will visit a total of 32 countries and a total of 32 countries for EUMs.
Each delegation consists of seven or eight political leaders and is assisted by former diplomats. Of the 51 political leaders, 31 are part of the ruling NDA, while the remaining 20 are from non-NDA parties.
Pakistan Prime also announced similar visits by a high-level delegation in many countries from its country. Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that he has given the leadership of the delegation to Pakistan People’s Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. “I was contacted before the Prime Minister (Shahbaz Sharif) today, who requested that I lead a delegation to present the case of Pakistan for peace on the international stage. I am honored for accepting this responsibility and committed to serve Pakistan in these challenging times,” Mr. Jardari wrote on X on Saturday.
