"Very sad": Israel Foreign Minister on J&K terrorist attack on tourists

The attack came during the visit of US vice -president JD Vance to India.


Jerusalem:

Israel said on Tuesday that it was “deeply unhappy” by the terrorist attack on tourists in Jammu and Kashmir, saying that it is united with India in the fight against terror.

In a post on X, Israeli Foreign Minister Gidon Sar also said that his views are with the victims and their families.

He said, “The heinous terrorist attack on tourists in #Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir was deeply saddened. Our views are with the victims and their families. Israel is united with India in the fight against terror,” he said.

Many tourists were feared to be killed and at least 20 were injured when militants set fire to a picturesque meadow near Pahalgam city of Kashmir. Counting of death can be more than 20, a high-ranked Indian official indicated without details.

The attack came during the visit of US vice -president JD Vance to India.
