The red beacon no longer shines on the SUV, but now it jerks even inside the head. On Friday, a group of about 30 people allegedly refused to close a priest of the Mata Tekri temple in Deva, Madhya Pradesh, and refused to close them.
It has been alleged that BJP MLA Golu Shukla’s son Rudraksha Shukla reached the temple after midnight, after the door closed for a long time. When the priest’s son, Updesh Nath did this, which was done by any temple caretaker – slowly maintained the tradition, but was allegedly threatened and attacked. “They came at 12:40 pm, the gate was closed. They pushed, threatened to kill me, slapped me,” updates, which is blindly shaken after the incident.
The Congress has demanded strict action in the case and has raised questions about the absence of the MLA’s son’s name in the FIR. City Congress President Manoj Rajni said, “This is unacceptable. Such incidents should not be ignored in places of worship. The law should be implemented equally to all.”
A video of the incident surfaced, showing an argument at the red beacon vehicles and gates parked outside the temple. After the incident, the police registered a case against Jeetu Raghuvanshi.
Raghuvanshi has several criminal cases against him, the police confirmed. However, despite his alleged appearance in the video, Rudraksha Shukla’s name is not mentioned in the FIR.
CSP, Deva, Vishesh Agwal told NDTV, “Jeetu Raghuvanshi has 6-7 cases registered against him. Ten to twelve vehicles and many people reached the temple. The gate was forcibly opened. When the priest objected and was misbehaved.
Asked if Rudraksh Shukla is present, the police said that the matter is under investigation.
Even the scenes of slapping, shouting and shoving are widely broadcast, law, which should have reached the temple faster than the motorcycle, is busy scanning the camera angles, possibly waiting for divine clarity.
On being asked by NDTV, MLA Golu Shukla apologized for his credit. He said, “It will not happen again.”
