Police said on Wednesday that a 51 -year -old man was arrested for allegedly raping his minor daughter and working dramatically.
He said that the case came to light on Monday after a 16 -year -old girl was taken to the hospital after her mother was taken to the hospital after complaining of swelling of her feet.
After scanning and blood tests, the doctor confirmed the victim’s mother that her daughter was 31 weeks pregnant.
When the woman faced her daughter, she revealed that her father was allegedly sexually abused and raped her in the last one year when no one was at home.
A senior police officer said that if he reveals anyone in the family, he gave him serious results.
He said, “Based on the complaint of the victim’s mother at Mululkund police station, we registered a case of rape and danger under the safety of children from the sexual offense Act and arrested the accused father on Tuesday,” he said.
Police said the girl has been advised and further decision will be taken completely after medical examination.
The victim has an elder sister of 20 years of age, who is working as a nurse in a hospital here and a younger brother who is studying in class 5, police said, being added to further investigation.
