Redmi is asked to develop a new smartphone that can ship with the latest Xiaomi Hyperos 2 operating system. An alleged handset of Xiaomi assistant was allegedly seen on a certification site, not only confirmed the existence of the phone with a listing, but also highlighting many of its specifications. According to the listing, the Redmi phone is expected to come up to 8GB with RAM and up to 256GB onboard storage. It is said to support Wi-Fi 6, NFC and Bluetooth connectivity options.

In particular, it is mandatory to obtain FCC approval to ensure compliance with radio frequency (RF) emission rules to the equipment sold in the US.
Although the listing does not reveal its monkey, it is expected to be introduced in three RAM and storage configuration variants – 6GB + 128GB, 8GB + 128GB, and 8GB + 256GB. The alleged Redmi handset is asked to come up with Xiaomi Hyperos 2 and it can support 5G, Volte, WCDMA, GSM and NFC in terms of connectivity options as well as double-sim support.
The FCC listing also reportedly shows that the Redmi Mystery phone will equip the phone with a close sensor and an SAR-influence power management system, when the hotspot facility is switching or kept in contact with the user’s body. Publication estimates that it can be introduced as part of the Redmi Note series or some other mid-range lineups of the 5G phone.
In particular, this development comes after another Mystery handset was discovered Last month on FCC database. The alleged device was considered part of the Redmi lineup, with another version branded as Poco for select markets. It will reportly provide a 6.9 -inch LCD screen feature, pack a 6,000mAh battery with 33W wired fast charging support, and ship with hyperose 2.2.
However, it may not have 5G capacity, which indicates that the mystery handset may offer a budget.
