NEET UG 2025 was successfully held; Wait for Answer Key, check exam analysis

NEET and 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) successfully conducted the NEET UG 2025 examination today in 5,453 centers in 548 cities in India and abroad. More than 20.8 lakh candidates appeared for the medical entrance examination.

To ensure the fairness of the examination, the NTA adopted the “entire-government” approach by incorporating several ministries and agencies. A centralized control room was established under the Ministry of Education, in which the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Home Affairs and Meety to monitor real -time development on land.

Mock drills were held on May 3 to test readiness at all centers, including checks on mobile signal jammers, biometric authentication and manpower availability for frisking. Most of the centers were established in government and government-assisted institutions to streamline logistics and security.

In view of the summer afternoon schedule, the authorities ensured the availability of drinking water, electricity, first aid and portable toilets in all centers. Ambulance services were also placed on standby for emergency situations.

To compete with misinformation and fraud, NTA on April 26 launched a suspicious claim to the portal reporting portal. More than 2,300 reports were received, causing the identity of 106 telegram and 16 Instagram channels to spread false paper leak claims. They were informed to the Indian Cybercrime Coordination Center (i4C) for further action.

Under the examination, the Ministry of Education held coordination meetings with nationwide District Magistrates and Superintendents of Police. Strict measures such as multilevel fringing, safe transport of materials, and enforcement of public examinations (prevention of inappropriate means) Act, 2024, were implemented.

A student, Riya said, “Physics section was very difficult this time. Biology and chemistry were fine. The difficulty was medium to high, but the paper was too long. I know I will score 600+, but I probably have to go to a private college. I suspect that I will make it for a government.”
