NIFT 2025 Stage 2 Announced the exam dates, check the details

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially announced that Stage 2 exams for the National Institute of Fashion Technology Entrance Examination (NIFTEEE) 2025 will be held on June 8, 2025, while the interview for selected postgraduate candidates is ready to start on May 26, 2025.

These examinations and interviews are being conducted for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate programs presented by NIFT for academic year 2025-26.

Examination details

Stage 2 will be conducted in both Hindi and English through a computer-based test (CBT) or paper-based test (PBT) mode based on stage 2 program.

Here is a detailed schedule

  • B.DES (Bachelor of Design): A status test will be done in 18 cities across India to evaluate candidates on model-construction, creative thinking and material handling
  • B.DES (NLEA): Candidates will be present at their nominated centers on the same day for a studio test and personal interview.
  • B.DES (Artisan): Artisan Skill Tests and Interviews will be held at the same day at the specified centers
  • BFTECH (NLEA): Aspirants will undergo a technical capacity test (TAT) in OMR format, followed by a personal interview, both were determined for the same day

Postgraduate entry

PG Programms-M. For DES, MFM, and MFTEC. An individual interview will be specially conducted for shortlisted candidates in Delhi.

These interviews will start from May 26, 2025, and are expected to continue for about 8 to 10 days. Venue details will be included in the interview call letters issued to each qualified candidate.

Admit card release

Admit cards for Phase 2 of all programs will soon be available on the official Niftee 2025 portal: Exams.nta.ac.in/nift/.

The admit card will provide important information including the exam date, reporting time, site and important guidelines for testing or interview. Candidates are advised to regularly check NTA official websites for the latest updates.
