OnePlus on Monday announced a new update for its flagship smartphone, OnePlus 13 series. It combines a new feature called Plus Mind which was introduced by China -based company with OnePlus 13 in June. Its purpose is to enable users to quickly store materials or information in the centralized hub with some swipe gestures, and to arrange it later to remember it. In addition, the plus may generate the mind details and sort information with the tag.

In a press note, OnePlus said that plus mind feature can store information, messages, social media posts and even web page information. Unlike OnePlus 13S, which comes with a dedicated plus key for this feature, OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13R users can swipe upwards on their screen with three fingers to trigger it.
Once done, it will analyze and suggest the relevant functions to the user, such as spotting the major dates on the screen and marking it in the calendar app. It takes advantage of OnePlus AI technology to check the material and generate details, translate into the original language of the user, tag it for easy pruning and provide more information.
Captured data is then made available to them within the centralized hub which is known as a mind space. The company gave an example of an event poster. Inviting the plus mind feature on the screen automatically adds an event date to the user’s calendar. Meanwhile, the major data is also captured and added to the Mind Space Hub.
Alternatively, the same gesture on a fashion website will analyze what is on the screen and will summarize the “looks on the display”. According to the company, users navigate on the web page through a quick shortcut and can remember this information by visiting the centralized hub on a later date.
Meanwhile, swipe a three finger on a fashion website, the plus mind analysis will see what he sees on the page and briefly presents the look on the performance. Then a user can easily find this information again in the place of his brain at a later date and return to the webpage with a tap.
The new Mind is rolling as OnePlus 13 series after the update update. This app can be found on the drawer or through the natural language search in the AI search bar. A simple swipe on the latter home screen is active with a gesture below.
