OnePlus 13S is the latest smartphone of the Chinese company, which is to debut in India, and it claims the high end specifications placed in a compact chassis. It is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite SOC, the same chip that strengthens the flagship OnePlus 13. In terms of specifications and value, its largest contestant in this price section is IQO 13, which was launched in India in December 2024. Both these handsets have the same chipset, run in the same version of Android, and 512GB is made available as 512GB.
OnePlus 13S vs IQO 13: Price in India
OnePlus 13S in India is priced at Rs. 54,999 for base models with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, while the handset is also available in 512GB storage variants, priced at Rs. 59,999. The phone is sold in black velvet, green silk (only in India) and pink satin color options.
IQO 13 is currently listed on the company’s website for the standard 12GB+256GB model at 54,999, while the 16GB+512GB version is priced at Rs. 59,999. It is available in legends and Narado Gray Colorways.

OnePlus 13S has 6.32 inches (1,216 × 2,640 pixels) Ltpo OLED screen, with a dynamic refresh rate between 1–120Hz. It has a peak of 1600 nits, and DCI: P3 supports 100 percent coverage of the color sargam.
The IQO Compact OnePlus is larger than 13S, with a large 6.82-inch (1,440 × 3,168 pixel) AMOLED screen. It has a high peak shine of 4,500 NITs, and a high 144 Hz refresh rate.

OnePlus 13S and IQO 13 are equipped with a Snapdragon 8 elite chip from both Qualcomm, as well as 12GB LPDDR5X RAM. IQO 13 is also available in 16GB RAM variants. These handsets are equipped up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage.
They run on Android 15 with Oxygen OS 15 (OnePlus) and Funtch OS 15 (Iku 13). Both phones have been slated to receive four Android OS updates. OnePlus 13 will get six -year security updates, while IQO 13 will get five years update.

On the other hand, IQO 13 has three 50-megapixel rear cameras. The primary camera has a Sony IMX921 sensor, while the telephoto camera has a Sony IMX816 sensor. OnePlus 13S and IQO 13 are both equipped with 32-megapixel selfie camera.

Despite its compact form factor, OnePlus 13s packs a 5,850mAh battery. Phone ship with 80W charger in the box, USB Type-C with USB Type-C cable. On the other hand, IQO 13 is equipped with a 6,000mAh battery that can be charged using a 120W charger that ships with a handset.
