Although there have not been a lot of leaks about the upcoming OnePlus 15 so far, we know that it will be called OnePlus 15. Previous reports have indicated its performance measurement with a flat design. The processor is expected to get a normal upgrade by switching to the latest Qualcomm chipset, and its cameras may remain unchanged for most parts. However, a tipster has now given some additional details about the design of OnePlus 15, indicating a major change.
according to a Weibo post By Tipster Digital Chat Station, the upcoming OnePlus 15 will have a low resolution display. The phone will allegedly have a 1.5K resolution panel that will depart from QHD+ panels that have been a standard on the numbered flagship for many years.
OnePlus 15, as indicated by the previous report, is also called a flat display. This is another departure from the criteria because in recent years the OnePlus flagship always has a curved-string display, or recently, quad-verse panels. The display will also have a scini border using lipo or low-insert pressure over-colding technology.
While an old report mentioned that the cameras of OnePlus 15 would be largely unchanged, the new leak indicates that it would have a separate layout. Thus, we can expect that OnePlus may expect to move away from the general circular camera module next year to do something different from the module.
Finally, OnePlus is also expected to introduce a new imaging engine or format with the launch of OnePlus 15. We can expect it to be similar to Oppo’s Lumo Imaging Engine, which began with its Find X8 launch and find the X8 Ultra model.
