A policeman died in a Maoist attack in Jharkhand
New Delhi:
A policeman was killed and a paramilitary soldier was injured in an explosion triggered by Maoists in a mountainous region of Jharkhand.
Police said the policemen, Sunil Dhan, were seriously injured after an instantaneous explosive equipment (IED), who were deployed by Maoists exploded in the state’s hill Chaibasa region. He died during treatment.
Vishnu Saini of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) Cobra Unit was injured.
