Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s remarks have reacted to Lord Ram as a mythological person, a sharp reaction to the ruling BJP. The BJP “Ram-Rama-Ram-Rama and said the BJP said that the opposition party opposed the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya.
Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Mr. Gandhi commented during a conversation at the American University. He was in the Watson Institute for International and Public Affairs at Brown University and a question was asked: How to embrace secular politics that all communities should be prepared in the era of Hindu nationalism?
In his reply, Mr. Gandhi said that none of the great social reformers and political thinkers in India has been bigger. “If you look at all the great Indian social reformers and political thinkers, Buddha, Guru Nanak, Narayan Guru in Karnataka, Narayan Guru, (Jyotiro) Phule, Mahatma Gandhi and BR Ambedkar, then tell you all. With you, truth (truth) and non -violence (non -violence, this is the basis of Indian tradition and history,” said Shri Gandhi.

“All our mythological figures, Lord Ram, was that kind, he was forgiving, he was kind, I do not believe what the BJP says that Hindu thoughts are at all. I prepares Hindu thoughts very much, very affectionate, very more tolerant, very tolerant, very tolerant and for those ideas. I come from hatred and anger against people.
Targeting the BJP, he said, “I do not see BJP conception as a Hindu concept. In terms of thinking, they are a fringe group, now they have captured political power, they have gained large amounts of money and power, but they do not represent a large majority of Indian thinkers in any way,” Mr. Gandhi said.
BJP leaders have now shared an eight-second clip with Mr. Gandhi’s response, in which he referred to Lord Ram as a mythological person, and targeted the Congress MP.
“The Congress has become the identity of the Congress party, insulting Hindus and Lord Ram. Those who dismissed Lord Ram’s existence through an affidavit, opposed the construction of the Ram temple, coined the phrase ‘Hindu Terror’, now it is said that Rahul Gandhi is ‘mythron’. Language, the language hurts the morale of the forces.
Mr. Poonwalla was filed in the Supreme Court in 2007 by the then UPA government for the affidavit. The Manmohan Singh government said in an affidavit in the Ram Janmabhoomi case, “Valmiki Ramayana and Ramcharitmanas have made an important part of ancient Indian literature, but cannot be called a historical record, which can prove the existence of characters and events of those events.”
Another BJP spokesperson Pradeep Bhandari said, “Prabhu Shri Ram was just a mythological person – this is the mindset of the Congress: Mock Hindu Faith, Lord Ram questions Lord Ram, and then fake love for Sanatan during elections. Congress is anti -Hindu!”
