Realme P4 series major specifications confirmed before launch in India on 20 August

The specifications of the Realme P4 series were recently teased through a microsite on Flipkart. Now, the Chinese smartphone brand has even more information about the hardware facilities of the upcoming handset. The Realme P4 series will be unveiled in India next week, and the handset will be sold through the e-commerce platform and the company’s website. A realme executive recently left indications about the company’s plans to leave the launch of an ultra model, as part of efforts to make its product portfolio effective in the country.

Realme P4 5G, P4 Pro 5G specifications confirmed

On Tuesday, the smartphone brand confirmed that the standard Realme P4 5G would be powered by a MediaTek Dimenses 7400 Ultra 5G chipset, combined with a dedicated pixelworks chip. It will sports a 6.77-inch Hyperglo AMOLED display with full-HD+ resolution, a 144hz refresh rate, HDR 10+ support, and with peak brightness up to 4,500 NITs in some scenarios. The screen will also support 3,840Hz pulse-width modulation (PWM) dimming, hardware-level blue lights and flicker deficiency.

Realme P4 5G will ship with a 7,000mAh Titan battery with support for 80W fast charging. The company claims that the handset will provide Battle Ground Mobile India (BGMI) gameplay for 11 hours. It was also said that the upcoming realm phone can charge about 50 percent in 25 minutes. It will also come with reverse charging, AI smart charging and charging support bypassing. To maintain the thermal, it will have a 7,000 square mm airflow VC cooling system.

On the other hand, Realme P4 Pro 5G will have a Snapdragon 7 gene 4 chipset feature, which will be paired with a dedicated hypervision AI GPU. According to the company, the phone will be 7.68 mm thick. Like the standard model, Realme P4 Pro 5G will also pack a 7,000mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging, which will charge at the same time as the standard version. The phone will also support 10W reverse charging. It is claimed to offer more than eight hours of BGMI gameplay on 90fps. It also shares a cooling system with Standard Realme P4 5G.

Hypeglow AMOLED 4D curve+ display is refreshed on Realme P4 Pro 5G 144Hz and supports for local peak of 6,500 nits, an HDR10+ certification, and 4,320Hz high-fareeccy diming. Eye safety facilities of the display are also certified by Tüv Rheinland.

Francis Wong, Head of Realme’s product marketing, recently revealed that the new Realme P4 5G and P4 Pro 5G were priced at Rs. 30,000. Additionally, the company’s executive indicated that, in an attempt to make its product lines a liner, Realme cannot launch a Realme P4 Ultra model, as it is in the past.
