NMDC Steel Recruitment 2025: National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) Steel Limited has started the application process for various posts. Interested and eligible candidates can apply by visiting the official website, nmdcsteel.nmdc.co.in. The last date for filling the application is May 8, 2025. The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 934 posts.
The official notification states: “Before registering online, candidates should meet the required requirements of the posts and other conditions prescribed in the advertisement. They are advised to satisfy themselves before applying. No inquiry will be made to advise to apply as eligibility.”
NMDC Steel Recruitment 2025: Application Fee
A non-worthy application fee of Rs. 500 is required from all candidates. However, candidates belonging to SC, ST, PWBD and Ex-Servicemen categories are exempted from paying fees, provided that they attach the necessary evidence as specified. The application will be rejected, without the required certificate or fee payment details.
NMDC Steel Recruitment 2025: Selection Process
Candidates will be selected through walk-in interviews at many places: Raipur, Bhubaneswar, Rourkela, Bokaro, Durgapur, Hospet and Jharsuguda. During the online application, candidates can select their favorite interview location. The final allocation will be based on availability, which is set by a duly constituted committee. According to the notification, only candidates with verified documents will be allowed to participate in the interview. After the document verification, the suitability will be assessed through the walk-in-drive interview.
NMDC Steel Recruitment 2025: Period of Contract
The contract duration will be initially up to three years or up to the age of 60, which will also come first. Display-based extensions can be considered beyond the initial period, subject to organizational requirements.
