A UI 8 beta expansion
Samsung shared details about the expansion of a UI 8 beta program In a news room post. This will be available from next week on the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Fold 6, and Galaxy Z Flip 6. In India, South Korea, UK and America, users can sign up for programs.
Additionally, the tech giants will expand it to include more Galaxy devices starting from September. The following Galaxy devices will soon be eligible to get Android 16-based beta updates:
- Samsung Galaxy S23 Series
- Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5
- Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5
- Samsung Galaxy A36 5G
- Samsung Galaxy A55 5G
- Samsung Galaxy A35 5G
- Samsung Galaxy A54 5G
You can attend a UI 8 beta program of Samsung by sign up for this through Samsung Member App. However, not all regions will receive equal features and can vary depending on the country or region that vary according to the user company. Currently, the beta program is available in a total of 36 countries.
In particular, Samsung introduced a UI 8 at the 2025 event in July with the launch of Galaxy Z Fold 7, Galaxy Z Flip 7, and Galaxy Z Flip 7 Fee. The beta program for the Galaxy S25 series and older models was first talked to start in June, but it did not happen.
