The Galaxy S25 Edge is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 elite, 200-megapixel dual rear camera unit and Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 display protection for Galaxy Chipset. Measuring at 5.8 mm, the handset has been claimed to have the thinnest Galaxy S series phones. It supports 12GB RAM and is introduced in 256GB and 512GB storage variants. It is powered by a custom Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy SOC, with 12 GB RAM and up to 512 GB with onboard storage. It shipblies with Android 15-based UI 7.
For optics, Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge has placed a 200-megapixel primary sensor on the back with a 12-megapixel ultravide shooter with a 2X optical in-sensor zoom and optical image stabilization (OIS) support. On the front, the phone has a 12-megapixel sensor for selfie and a video call placed within a concentrated hole-pan slot on top.
