Samsung has finally announced the date for its next Galaxy Unpacked event, where South Korean giants are expected to take raps from their latest generation foldable smartphone – Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7. The company has also started invitations for unpacked events. It is also likely that we can also see the Galaxy Watch 8 series in the beginning of the recently teased Galaxy Buds Corps.
Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2025 Event: Date, Time
The Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event will be held on July 9 at 10:00 am CT (IST), company will be organized at 10:00 am. Announced in a news room postIt will be in Brooklyn, New York where the company will demonstrate “the latest and largest addition to the Galaxy portfolio”.
While the second Galaxy Unpacked event of 2025 is expected to be an in-tradition affair, you will also be able to do it live stream on the Samsung website and the official Samsung YouTube channel.
So far, the company has yet to reveal information about what can be declared in biennial event. It tease the launch of “a new AI-managed interface” with the next generation galaxy devices. They will be equipped with “breakthrough” hardware, supporting the Galaxy AI suits of features, and displaying Samsung’s craftsmanship.
Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2025 Event: What is expected
Previous reports suggest that Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked 2025 will see the launch of the new generation foldables. Although Monicors remain unconfirmed, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 is teased to arrive as the “thinner, lightest and most advanced foldable”. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 can get the recently launched Axinos 2500 SoC under the hood.
The company is also being planned for the launch of the Galaxy Z Flip FE (Fan Edition)-a more affordable version of the clamshell-style foldable with the Tond Down features but on the tag of a low price.
Apart from the smartphone, Samsung is expected to expand its Galaxy Watch lineup at this year’s unpacked event by bringing back the ‘Classic’ model. Thus, the upcoming Galaxy Watch 8 lineup may include Galaxy Watch 8, Watch 8 Classic, and Watch Ultra (2025) models.
Samsung has already started teasing the launch of the Galaxy Buds Corps, which can be introduced in the event. We can also hear more news related to Project Mooohan, extended reality (XR) headsets, which are being developed in collaboration with Google, as well as the company’s first tri-folded smartphone which has been rumored in development for some time.
